Roasted Garlic Red Lentil Hummus

This hummus recipe is just as easy as the usual, but a more complex flavour is sure to impress! 

  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1 cup cooked red lentils
  • 2 heads roasted garlic
  • ⅓ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Toppings: parsley, pomegranate seeds, pine nuts
Que Pasa Salted Corn Tortilla Chips, to serve


Blend ingredients until thick and smooth and garnish with toppings.
