The smoky, spicy chipotle hot sauce adds depth and heat to this avocado-based dip. Add more spice to taste and enjoy with some Blue Que Pasa chips.
- 2 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled and chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp chipotle-flavored hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp each cumin and salt
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- Mash avocado with lime juice, hot sauce, cumin and salt. Stir in cilantro.
