This simple fresh berry salsa can be enjoyed as dessert or a snack. Great to toss together when you’re running low on time and need something easy and delicious. Add a little fresh jalapeño if you want to add some heat.

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Zest of 1 lime

1.     In a mixing bowl, toss all the ingredients together.

2.     Serve immediately with Que Pasa chips or cover and transfer to fridge. The flavours really amp up when left to chill for 30 minutes.
